What does a credit intermediary do?
A credit intermediary is a professional authorised by Banco de Portugal who helps customers compare financing solutions from different banks, presenting the best proposals for each customer's profile and supporting the entire process through to completion.
What is the advantage of using a credit intermediary?
Using a credit intermediary allows you to compare proposals from several banks at the same time, save time in collecting and submitting documentation, benefit from specialised advice and increase the chances of obtaining better conditions than by going directly to a single bank.
Does the Maxfinance network cover the whole country?
Yes. The Maxfinance network has more than 250 credit intermediaries with a presence in several areas of the country. You can find an intermediary near you through the network map available on the Maxfinance website.
Does support from the Maxfinance network have any cost?
No. The support provided by Maxfinance and its intermediaries has no cost for the customer. The service is entirely free.
